    All my properties are listed and available to be booked through Airbnb, Vrbo or Stayz. 

    Direct bookings can be made with Holiday In The Bay, which can avoid booking fees associated with the above platforms. To do this, check the Airbnb calendar for property availability and then complete the enquiry form below with your dates, number of guests, and the property you wish to book. 

     Check-in is at 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. If you need an earlier check-in, please let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Requests for late check-out can also be made but can only be confirmed two days before check-in.

     Only guests registered on the booking are permitted on the property. This policy is in place for both fire safety and insurance purposes. 

     Yes, all properties are fully self-contained. For specific amenities, please refer to the 'Amenities' tab on Airbnb, Vrbo, or Stayz.
